A Retreat for Women in Transition
About Us
Fiddlehead Retreats offers an intentional, nourishing, and deeply human experience from the moment you arrive. Held with calm clarity and genuine care, the retreat invites you to slow down, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue grounded in both evidence and lived experience.
Guided by Chantal, women gather in a supportive, no‑pressure community to share stories, learn together, and tend to their health and strength. The experience blends care, connection, and accessible education—leaving you feeling seen, steadier, and strengthened through shared humanity.
